United in Gratitude – Thank You!

Reflecting on the past year, one thing is clear—our community is stronger when we come together. In 2024, your generosity, passion, and commitment made an incredible impact through United Way of Northwest Georgia. Whether you volunteered your time, made a financial gift, or used your voice to advocate for change, you played a vital role in making a difference. Thank you!

Because of you, we invested in Whitfield and Murray counties through grants, direct services, and strategic programs that uplift thousands of lives every day. From advancing health and education to strengthening financial stability, we connected people to possibility—helping more than 64,000 individuals last year. None of this would have been possible without our dedicated donors, volunteers, and community partners. Your generosity fuels real, lasting change.

A special thank you to Bradley Austin and Karen Townsend, our 2024 United Way Campaign Co-Chairs. Leading a campaign of this scale is no small feat, and their leadership was truly inspiring. Thanks to their dedication and the unwavering support of our Campaign Cabinet, Board of Directors, business partners, and individual donors, we met our ambitious campaign goal of $4.155 million!

Reflecting on this achievement, Karen shared, “Our community’s generosity continues to amaze me. Seeing so many individuals and organizations come together for a common purpose reminds me of the power of unity. Because of this shared commitment, we can meet essential needs, connect people to possibility, and change lives. I could not be prouder of what we accomplished together.”

To every person, company, and organization that stepped up in 2024—you made a difference. Your generosity strengthens our community and ensures that more families have the resources they need to thrive. United, we change lives.

As we look ahead, United Way of Northwest Georgia remains steadfast in our mission: Improving Lives. Inspiring Donors. Uniting Community. With your continued support, we will build an even brighter, more resilient future for all

Thank you for being part of this journey. United is the way to healthier lives, stronger families, and thriving communities. Let’s work together to create a brighter future.
